Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply when your business uses HydroText Agency's services. Our services are for businesses, not consumers. By completing our onboarding or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

HydroText Agency is a trading name of [Legal business name][, company number XXXXXXXX - delete if sole trader], [Business address] ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [Contact email]. "You" means the business that signs up for our services.

2. Our services

We set up and manage automated communication tools for your business, which may include missed-call text-back, lead and emergency alerts, booking reminders, review requests and a CRM dashboard (together, the "Services"). The exact Services, setup timeline and any extras are as agreed with you in writing, including by email.

We aim to have your system live within 7 days of you completing onboarding and your kickoff call, but timings depend on you providing the access and information we need.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and the access we need (for example, call forwarding and Google Business Profile manager access).
  • Use the Services lawfully. In particular, you are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis, and any consent required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), before we send marketing messages to your contacts on your behalf.
  • Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
  • Not use the Services to send spam or unlawful, misleading or offensive content.

4. Fees and payment

Our fees are [e.g. a one-off setup fee of £X and a monthly fee of £Y, payable in advance by card or direct debit]. Fees exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable. If a payment is late, we may pause the Services until it is paid. Usage-based costs such as SMS and call minutes [are included / are charged at cost - choose one].

5. Term and cancellation

The Services run month to month from the date your system goes live. Either of us can cancel by giving [30 days]' written notice (email is fine). We may end the Services immediately if you seriously breach these terms. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including HighLevel / LeadConnector, telephony and SMS carriers, and Google. We are not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by those providers, or for messages that are delayed or blocked by carriers. We will do our best to work around any problem.
